Born in Chiang Mai over two decades ago, GINGER Group creates hospitality experiences where food, design and culture come together. Today our brands span restaurants, farms, design and international partnerships.
Our Core Value
GINGER has always have a strong part on local communities. We have been gathering local organic and chemical-free farmers and created community movement. This network connects farmers with the same values and encourages them to grow organically, which then provides consumers with more organic produce at a fair market price.
We source some of our organic raw materials from our own farm ‘GINGER farm, but most comes from a network of local organic farmers supported by GINGER farm.
We are a movement that inspires learning, fosters change and represents a circular economy.
